Meet Yard Member Sally!

Yardie Sally Immel recently celebrated her one year anniversary at Container Yard! As a part of this celebration, we decided to sit down with Sally and catch up on what has been going on in her life.

A local Mobile native, Sally attended The University of Alabama and graduated in May 2016 after majoring in Public Relations at the College of Communication and Information Sciences. As soon as Sally graduated from UA she began an internship with PERITUS Public Relations and she now serves as the Senior Account Lead for PERITUS leading all of the agency's creative efforts almost four years later!

Although PERITUS Public Relations is located in Birmingham, Alabama, Sally still calls the city of Mobile home. In the Fall of 2018 Sally realized the only thing missing from her amazing career was an office to go to every day and an environment to network with other co-workers. So, in December of 2018 after hearing about Container Yard through friends and other individuals in the Mobile community, Sally found exactly what she was looking for in the Yard!

Aside from being a total girl boss in her career, when Sally does have downtime, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family exploring new local businesses, so you may catch Sally at one of our new brewery or restaurant openings in Downtown Mobile!

2020 will be a year full of celebration for Sally. In addition to making her one year anniversary at the Yard, Sally will also be getting married to fiancée, Travis, in May! After tying the knot to her best friend, Sally and Travis will be heading out of Mobile in June to whichever city Travis matches with for his medical residency.
