None! At Container Yard all of our memberships are month-to-month. All we ask is that you give us a 30 day notice before cancelling or changing your membership.

The only costs you will experience as a member at Container Yard is the cost of your chosen membership. Aside from an occasional print charge, members at Container Yard do not recieve any additional charges for utilities nor parking.

Currently we have over 70 members at Container Yard! However, on a daily basis there are only around 20-25 people throughout the entire space including private offices.

This depends on what will work best for you and your business! We have memberships that start at $99 a month and go all of the way up to $1,250 a month. Schedule a tour to find out what would work best for you.

Every member of Container Yard receives 200 free black and white prints per month (10 cents a piece for each additional print over 200), and can print color pages for only 15 cents a piece. These charges are simply pass through costs that the coworking space receives from our print company.
